Our program opens with Schubert’s impressive and lively Overture to Fierrabras, which he composed for one of many operas. Next, we’ll feature acclaimed guest soloist Ji Hyun Kim performing the stunningly dramatic Saint-Saëns Violin Concerto No. 3.
We close the program with one of Beethoven’s most popular compositions, Symphony No. 7 in A Major, which is full of energy and beauty. This celebratory symphony is bursting with familiar melodies that are sure to captivate the audience.
